PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
At Citi Bolt, we strive to provide the best possible products to meet your fastening needs. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the customer to check and provide all the necessary specifications for their requirement. If you made a mistake, we encourage you to return it and have it exchanged.
MISTAKE IN SPECIFICATION MADE BY THE CUSTOMER

All items are eligible for return and refund within the day of purchase except for special orders and items altered from its original condition. Strictly no cash refund for succeeding days.

All items can be returned and exchanged within thirty (30) calendar days from date of purchase except for special orders and items altered from its original condition.

Return and exchange or return and refund will only be honored for products that are in resalable condition, unworn and free of damage.

The consumer's act of the Philippines under the IRR of R.A. 7394 states that, “a change of mind on your part does not entitle you to a refund or exchange.”
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Only defective products bought from the store (including special orders and items altered from its original condition) can be returned and refunded or returned and exchanged within thirty (30) calendar days from date of purchase.
OTHER CASES

Upon assessment of the management (strictly return and exchange only and within thirty (30) calendar days from date of purchase).
PROOF OF PURCHASE MUST BE PRESENTED
AT THE TIME OF EXCHANGE.
Returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE (WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS)

Products may be returned and exchanged for any items in the store. If the item chosen is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange. If lower, the price difference is forfeited.
RETURNS AND REFUND (SAME-DAY ONLY)

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse the returned items in the same way it was paid. Cash refund for cash payments; fund transfer within five (5) banking days for any other modes of payment.
